Manara Center Meeting with Religious Leaders in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, February 17-18, 2025
His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Manara Center for Coexistence and Dialogue, accompanied by a delegation from the Manara Center, met with religious leaders from Muslims, Christians, and Jewish communities during a working visit to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
The meeting discussed the vital role of religious leaders in supporting peace efforts and protecting holy sites for all religions and sects. His Excellency Dr. Al Nuaimi emphasized the importance of religious leaders contributing to their local communities to enhance harmony and integration among their various components and to promote the values of tolerance and coexistence.
He also stressed the need to launch constructive dialogue initiatives between religious leaders to foster a culture of peace, highlight shared human values, and emphasize the importance of religious discourse in strengthening national belonging and consolidating national unity.
The attending religious leaders included Sheikhs, Imams, Archbishops, Bishops, Patriarchs, and Chief Rabbis representing the diverse religious communities across Israel.

بحث اللقاء الدور الحيوي لقادة الأديان في دعم جهود التهدئة، وحماية الأماكن المقدسة لجميع الأديان والطوائف. وأكد معالي الدكتور النعيمي أهمية مساهمة القادة الدينيين في خدمة مجتمعاتهم المحلية، بما يعزز الانسجام والتكامل بين مكوناتها المختلفة، ويكرّس قيم التسامح والتعايش.
كما شدد معاليه على ضرورة إطلاق مبادرات حوار بنّاءة بين قادة الأديان، لنشر ثقافة السلام، وإبراز القيم الإنسانية المشتركة، مع التأكيد على أهمية التزام الخطاب الديني بتعزيز الانتماء الوطني، وترسيخ قيم الوحدة الوطنية.
شملت القيادات الدينية الحاضرة شيوخاً وأئمة ورؤساء كنائس وحاخامات ممثلين عن المجتمعات الدينية المتنوعة في جميع أنحاء إسرائيل.
