This project explores Mombasa as a living symbol of coexistence, where African, Arab, Indian, and European influences converge to form a vibrant cultural mosaic. Conducted by students from the University of Nairobi, Mombasa Campus, the research highlights how centuries of trade, migration, and interfaith dialogue have shaped the city into one of East Africa’s most enduring examples of harmony and inclusivity.
