A practical manual prepared by a diverse student team from the University of Haifa’s Faculty of Law, drawing lessons from the Faculty’s response to the events of October 7th and the tensions that followed within the student community. The manual offers practical tools and frameworks for constructive dialogue developed by the students themselves, and argues that academic institutions bear responsibility for building a community resilient to conflict by engaging all of its members in that process.
