This project explores Azerbaijan’s historical and contemporary model of tolerance as a foundation for coexistence and social harmony. Through historical analysis, field research, and surveys among students, the team examined how religious and ethnic diversity has long shaped the nation’s identity, from the Safavid period’s interfaith openness to modern multicultural state policies.
